Kitty stocking finished

I finished the Kitty stocking a few days ago and started the next one which I messed up big time so no pictures on the Kitty with the tree until I finish unstitching the part I messed up. Yes my error was bad enough frogging doesn't help oh well.

I've finished the cross stitching  for the Kitty ornament now just need to finish the back stitching and then one more Kitty to go! Done stitching for the night though it's late and I have work tomorrow.

Ok I'm in trouble! Got an early birthday present today some had dyed thread.

So I usually buy this type of thread online some from the UK. Which can be vet expensive so I can't do it very often. Now this thread? It was bought from a family owned store in the valley. I have a store  I can drive to with hand dyed thread AND cloth! Woohoo! Need to check this place out in the future.

I got some done on my kitty just need to finish her head and a candy cane, then off to back stitching :).

I did not get that much stitching done yesterday my youngest was and still is really sick. Hit a point in the afternoon that I ended up running him to an instant care because he was showing all of the signs of an ear infection. Turned out I was right poor kid hopefully the medicine kicks on fast. Anyways here is a picture of what I did do since my last post oh and Happy New Years.

Here is my current project not sure how much I will get done even with four days off. Both boys are pretty sick at the moment and my house needs a extreme clean up which I am trying to do. 

2015 finishes

I'm sorry I have really, really neglected this blog but I think I might come back, maybe. Working full time and hsbing a kid in school decreases your free time! But I did still stitch this year and here are sll of my finishes for 2015 :) hope you all like them.

I have two more of the cats to finish in this set.

Update in the bird

Ok have been stitching a lot this weekend and I'm happy with my progress so far. 

Really hoping to get the middle done by tonight! Bit of a big goal but we shall see. Made a little progress since this photo but not enough to retake the photo.
